 | Just got in from the mad house. Christmas is not a holiday here (except for me) but everybody treats it as a special time. Finished classes and met up with Mei to do some shopping at the supermarket. Thought I was in Auckland except the people looked different but very busy with great queues at the checkouts. Went outside with our stuff and looked for a cab, none about and it was -24c, carrying the plastic bags without the gloves was not fun, frozen but eventually got a cab and home all snug and ...
